- You manage all People & Operations topics for the entire SASSYCLASSY team
- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of company-wide events (in person and remotely)
- You improve our processes in the areas of performance management, benefits and compensation, onboarding and offboarding
- You recruit our new team members, from software developers to marketing managers
- You maintain and optimize our HR tool Personio
- You will take care of daily administrative and operational tasks from vacation approval to supporting payroll
- You are available to provide employee advice and support in HR-related matters

- You are familiar with the HRIS platform Personio and have good Excel skills
