Since 2014, SASSYCLASSY has been dressing fashion-conscious women with sassy and classy pieces. Founded by the three siblings Roxana, Denys, and Boaz, the SASSYCLASSY family has now grown to a dynamic and diverse team of 60. We opened our new headquarters in Munich in 2020. What will I do?

- You manage all People & Operations topics for the entire SASSYCLASSY team
- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of company-wide events (in person and remotely)
- You improve our processes in the areas of performance management, benefits and compensation, onboarding and offboarding
- You recruit our new team members, from software developers to marketing managers
- You maintain and optimize our HR tool Personio
- You will take care of daily administrative and operational tasks from vacation approval to supporting payroll
- You are available to provide employee advice and support in HR-related matters

Warehouse worker (f/m/d) - mini-job

What will I do?
- Conception, management and implementation of long-term influencer campaigns

- Content and master data maintenance: You are responsible for managing and maintaining product information on our marketplaces to ensure data quality and consistency.

- Creation of advertising on the relevant marketplaces: You develop and implement creative and effective advertising strategies to increase the visibility of our products and expand our customer base.
