Have you purchased an item from our online store and want to return it? Please note that you have 14 days from the date you received the item to return it.
Free returns from Germany & Austria
If a piece doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return the unworn item with the tag to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Through our returns portal, we generate a QR code for you, which you can simply show to DHL, and the employee will print out a return label for you, which you can stick directly onto the package.
Alternatively, you can of course print the label yourself.
As a rapidly growing company, prompt returns are important to us. We thank you for your support!
Returns from other countries
Returns from abroad are subject to a fee and must be paid by you.
You can send the goods to us using a carrier of your choice. Please retain your tracking information until we have confirmed your return.
