SASSYCLASSY is a truly family-run business, founded in 2014 by three siblings. Our goal is to offer the latest fashion trends from around the world quickly and at fair prices to the European market. We use innovative fabrics for our fashion and place particular emphasis on good quality and fair prices. Our mission is to create fashion that empowers women to boldly express themselves and their beliefs. SASSYCLASSY aims to symbolize a new generation of women who express themselves confidently, elegantly, and responsibly through fashion.

Our products are primarily manufactured in Italy and France. We also work with selected production facilities in China, always ensuring high quality standards and responsible production.

Changes or cancellations of an order are only possible to a limited extent after the order has been placed.

Standard delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days. We also offer a premium shipping option for €9.95, which ships same-day orders if received before 11:00 AM Monday to Saturday.

Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €50. Shipping to other EU countries is free for orders over €100.

We accept payment methods: credit card, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, prepayment, or direct debit. All payments except prepayment are processed via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use the direct debit method or pay by credit card.

Orders returned from Germany or Austria can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt by registering the return online and creating a return label. Returns from other EU countries can be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own expense.

If the 14-day return period has passed, returns are only possible after prior consultation with our customer service. The prerequisite for this is that the item is unworn and in its original condition, including all tags.
