As part of our team, you will ensure that our products meet our high quality standards from the initial idea to delivery.

What will I do?

Of course, every day at SassyClassy is different! But you can expect your days to be filled with the following important tasks:

• Fit Expert : You are the final authority for checking and approving the fit of our sample garments. You test, measure, and ensure that every garment fits perfectly – from XS to XL.
• Material check: You inspect the workmanship and materials of our collections. You immediately identify defects and initiate corrective actions.
• Close collaboration : You are the interface between our design team, product development, and our manufacturers. You communicate quality requirements clearly and on equal terms.
• Defect management: You analyze complaints and returns from a quality perspective and derive concrete measures for the continuous improvement of our cuts and processing techniques.
• Guidelines Guru : You support the creation and maintenance of our quality guidelines and measurements and ensure that these are adhered to by all partners.

What are you looking for?

• You have completed training or studies in the field of textile technology, clothing technology or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance, fit or product development, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
• You have an excellent understanding of fit, seam patterns and textile know-how.
• You work very carefully, in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
• You are a team player with good communication skills in German and English.
