You've hit the online shop and want to return your products?
No problem! Give us your email address and the order number. The rest then takes care of itself.
Please do not send the candle back. Even if you send a return, you can keep it!!
Free returns from Germany & Austria
If a part doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return the unworn item with the tag to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
We generate a QR code for you via our returns portal, which you can simply show to DHL and the employee will print out a return label for you, which you can stick directly onto the package.
Alternatively, you can of course print out the label yourself.
As a fast-growing company, quick returns are important to us. We thank you for your help!
Returns from other countries
A return from abroad is subject to a fee and you have to pay for it yourself.
You can send the goods to us using a carrier of your choice. Please keep the tracking information until we have confirmed your return.
